Pure Care Maintenance offers mold tests and an on-site evaluation of the suspected problem area(s) to determine if mold is a problem in your space. If the test results determine that there's a mold issue, we can then help you come up with a solution to resolve the issue. Beyond our visual evaluation, we provide air quality mold spore trap testing. Each test helps us determine the level of mold activity in the tested area, as well as the type of mold found. The testing results will then give us the best course of action to take. We serve the entire Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas, including Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Northampton County, Lehigh County, Berks County, Montgomery County, Carbon County, and Monroe County in PA (additional mileage fees may apply for areas outside of our Lehigh Valley).
TESTING FOR MOLD:
Our Air Quality Mold Spore testing service verifies the levels and types of mold present in your home or facility. It's impossible to tell with the naked eye what type of mold you might have. Some types of mold, like the toxigenic "black molds", are harmful even in low quantities that are not yet visible. FORMAL ASSESSENT
Our formal mold assessment involves:
- A visual inspection of your entire home or business (inside and outside, bottom to top) for signs of mold as well as for possible
moisture and water intrusion areas that may be the cause a mold
problem.
- Two indoor & one outdoor air quality mold spore tests samples sent to a third party lab and associated reports
- Written assessment summary, pictures, and recommendations with regard to mold in your home or office.
